Should you cancel or reschedule, Skin Oasis requires you to do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If for any reason you cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours, the card saved on file upon your first visit will be charged a $25 cancellation fee, or there will be a $25 fee to rebook an appointment. This fee can not go towards any future appointments.
Please keep in mind that if a client doesn't show up that is a time slot that another one of my clients would have loved to have. Thank you in advance.
